The vineyards used to produce this 100% Sangiovese wine are over 25 years old and rise on Romagna's hills. The grapes are harvested by hand from the end of September and give life to a wine with an intense ruby red colour with warm violet hints that is bottled after spending 6 to 8 months in oak barrels. On the nose, it has a complex and intense bouquet of ripe cherries, enriched with notes of vanilla and aged whiskey. On the palate, it is soft and round, with a persistent body and structure in which the woody notes acquired in the passage in barrels play a fundamental role.
