Winemaking

The grapes are picked when they are perfectly ripe. After destemming and crushing, the berries are gently pressed. The juices are selected and vinified separately according to their quality. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures for a high expression of varietal aromas.

Tasting

Pale yellow color, with straw reflections. Nose: concentrated, buttery, elegant, and finely woody. Delicate aromas with accents of white fruits (peach, melon) and white flowers.

Food and wine pairings

Seafood casserole, scallops, grilled lobster, trout with almonds, sea bass fillet, veal with morels, chicken with cream or mature Comté.
