Winemaking

The grape varieties are vinified separately, destemmed and crushed to macerate traditionally, then extraction is done by gentle and regular pumping over.

A generous and powerful wine at the same time. Pepper, cherry, blackberry, banana, raspberry, almond, prune and violet.

Food and wine pairings

Grilled sirloin steaks and sautéed potatoes, peppered duck fillet, steak with béarnaise sauce and fries.
